Gift from John Elys of Toneworth' to John Fullewode, Thomas atte Berne, John Waryng' and Thomas Colynns of the same of 8 pence annual rent [2 terms] from 2 crofts of land and a toft which formerly belonged to William Quynylt in Toneworth', lying in length between Broghtoneschesewych', the land of John Beley and the highway leading from the church of Toneworth' towards Solihull' on each side; the said grantees to have right of distraint if the said rent was not paid. Dated at Toneworth', Tuesday after the feast of St Barnabas the Apostle, 10 Richard II. Circular seal of brown wax on tag, 3/4 in., a tree with a rabbit underneath, between a woman's head on the right and a man's head on the left.
