Description

Quitclaim from Margery atte Logie of Berkeswelle, daughter and heir of Simon Heruy of Berkeswell', widow, to John Symondes of Toneworth', Roger, formerly son of Henry Symondes and Margaret his wife of two fields and a fishpond called Huytyngwykes in Toneworth' lying between the land lately belonging to Simon Hondyes, the land of William Derley and the highway; to hold to the said John for life, then to the said Roger and Margaret and the heirs of the said Roger for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Berkeswell', Sunday after the feast of St Luke the Evangelist, 11 Richard II. Witnesses: John Wroxale of Berkeswell', William Derley, William Sydenhale of Toneworth' and others.
