To John Lee of the same of all lands, tenements, meadow, pastures, feedings, hedges, ditches, woods, subwoods, rents, and services called le Lee, lying within the parish of Toneworth' which the grantor formerly held by gift and feoffment of John Onley of Couentr', merchant, Nicholas Duddeley deuster', Joan his wife, William Birches of Couentr' chaplain, Peter Ferby of the same, chaplain and John Bukemore; to hold from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Toneworth', Tuesday after the feast of the Translation of St Cuthbert, 8 Henry V. Witnesses: Thomas Archer, Thomas Sydenhale, John Fulwode, Thomas waryng', John Berker of Henley and many others. Tag for seal with traces of green wax.
