Quitclaim with warranty from Thomas Ernald' of Teukesbury in the county of Gloucester, son and heir of John Ernald' of Tonworth' in the county of Warr', deceased, and Joan his wife to William Benforde of Tonworthe of one messuage called le Coppe with adjacent curtilage in Tonworthe, a parcel of land called Coppefeld', a grove and all lands, meadows, crofts, feedings, pastures, woods, hedges and ditches which the said Thomas inherited from the said John Ernald his father and Isabel his wife, mother of the said Thomas, in the vill, fields and parish of Tonworthe; to hold for ever.
