Gift with warranty from William Seel' of Toneworth' in the county of Warr' to Nicholas Scwan and John Welle of the same of a field in Toneworth' extending in length from land called Sponnelond' as far as a field called Louoteslond' and in breadth between land called Bykerscote and the lane called Louotuslone; to hold for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Toneworth', Monday on the feast of St Margaret the Virgin, 11 Henry VI. Witnesses: John Fulwode, William Benford', John Hore, John de Phyn, Henry Vicarys and others.
