Appointment of attorney by John Fulwode of Tonneworth' of Thomas Golsmyth' of Couentre to deliver seisin to Richard Fulwode, son of the said John, and Agnes his wife of one messuage and all lands and tenements in Notehurst' which John Smyth' of Esenford' formerly held and which Lawrence Blythe of Lapworth now held, one messauge with adjacent garden and all lands and tenements with meadows, feedings and pastures in Tonneworth' called Elyottes which Hugh Lynam alias Oweyn' Lynam now held, one field in Tonneworth' called Marham with an adjacent croft, one field called Rodburn'lond' in Tonneworth' and 18 pence rent in Vlnehale from a croft called Eyrescroft, according to the carter made between the said parties. Dated at Tonneworth', Monday before the feast of St Michael Archangel, 25 Henry VI. Circular seal of red wax on tag, 3/4 in., on a shield a chevron between three mullets.
