Gift with warranty from John Seall' of Toneworth' to Thomas Beyneham of Henley in Ardern' of one meadow in Toneworth' lying between the land of Richard Archer' on the one hand and the land of John Norys of Codbarugh' on the other, extending in length from the land called Grovesley as far as the land of Richard Archer' called Ruydyng', also 4 selions and 2 butts of arable land called Harelond' and an adjacent meadow in the common field of Toneworth' called Pyryhull', lying between the land called Foxpece in the tenure of Humphrey Clerkesonne on the one hand and the land of the grantor on the other, extending in length from the meadow of Richard Archer' at the upper end as far as the land of Codbarugh' in the tenure of John Norys at the lower end; to hold with woods, moors, hedges and ditches for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service. Dated at Toneworth', Monday after the feast of the Conversion of St Paul, 25 Henry VI.
