Description

Grant by Thomas Wescote of Tanworth to his wife Isabella. of an annual rent of twenty six shillings and eight pence arising from a messuage called Collyns Place in Tanworth, with six crofts, two groves and a ley called Collynsland lying in length between the kings highway from Tanworth towards Hockley Heath ('Hokleyheith) and the stream called 'Charbytepolebroke', andin width between the pasture of Willam Willington,esquire, called Westons and a certain pasture of the heirs of Clarksons called Swansdyche. To hold the said annual rent as dower or jointure for the life of the said Isabella, payable at two terms (Michaelmas and Lady Day) Incomplete or cut off - no date, seal or witnesses
