Lease for 6 years with warranty from Richard Archer squyer' to Richard Bayly of Toneworth' in the county of Warrewyk' husbondmon' of the manor of Toneworth' with the following pasture and closes pertaining to the same: a pasture called Brodecrofte, a pasture called Conyngar', a pasture called Colyns, a pasture called Mayster Williams heth', the long meadow and Lullyngham, a pasture called Dunsecrofte, a meadow called Longecroftus meadow and a pasture called Archers Londe; to hold from the feast of the Purification of Our Lady [ 2 February] next for 6 years for the annual rent of 11 marks [ 2 terms], the said Richard Bayly to repair all the hedges, ditches and enclosures pertaining to the said closes and pastures during the said term.
