Description

Indentures of Lease and Release, the Release dated 29th September 1827 between Thomas Duffin of Snitterfield labourer of the 1st part, John Duffin of Snitterfield labourer of the 2nd part and William Duffin of Snitterfield labourer of the 3rd part whereby a plot of ground whereon John Duffin had then lately erected a cottage adjoining the cottage of William Duffin was conveyed by Thomas Duffin to John Duffin in consideration of £10. Signed Thomas Duffin. Seal a woman's head and shoulders. Witnessed by William Tibbits junior attorney Stratford-upon-Avon. Lease dated 28th September 1827 by Thomas Duffin of the same property to John Duffin for one year. Signed, sealed and witnessed as before.
