Description
Indenture dated 16th April 1870 between Richard Smith of Snitterfield esquire of the one part and David Hemming of Snitterfield gentleman of the other part whereby a cottage and garden (see DR 38/676) formerly in the occupation of William Duffin but then of Charles Thornett was conveyed by Richard Smith to David Hemming for £30. Signed by Richard Smith and David Hemming. Seal letter H. Witnessed by Richard Child Heath solicitor, Warwick.
