Assignment from Daniel Hanchett of Coleman Street, London, and Elizabeth his wife, formerly Elizabeth Templer, widow, with the consent of Thomas Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton, esquire, to Heneage Earl of Aylesford, Edward Lord Leigh Baron of Stoneleigh and Sir Charles Mordaunt of Walton, Bart., for £400 of the mortgage described in no. 2; with mortgage from Thomas Ferrers of a further coppice in Rowington, Kingswood and Baddesley Clinton called Gilbert's Coppice to secure £300.
