Assignment from Walter Harding of New York, son and executor of Joseph Harding (see DR 422/51 and 61) to Henry Scott Turner of St. James, Westminster, gentleman, of two terms of 1000 years and 2000 years created by mortgage of 21 June 1775 (DR 422/19) and 10 July 1775 (DR 422/20) to hold in trust to secure to George Madan and William Graham the repayment of a sum of £10,000
