Assignment from John Whitgreave and Clement Jones, to George Stone of a term of 500 years created by the will of Thomas Ferrers (no DR 422/8), John Whitgreave and Clement Jones being executors of Francis Whitgreave, himself the executor of Hugford Hassall, the last surviving trustee of Thomas Ferrers' will; and an assignment from Francis Cholmeley to the same of a term of 1000 years created by the will of Edward Ferrers (no DR 422/28), Francis Cholmeley being the son and executor of Francis Chumley, the last surviving trustee of Edward Ferrers' will; to hold the same in trust to secure the repayment of a mortgage of £10,000 to George Madan and William Graham (nos. DR 422/83-4).
