Conveyance by lease and release for the consideration of £1500 between Joseph Hunt of Shipston, eldest son of Joseph Hunt of Shipston, gentleman, deceased, grandson and heir of Joseph Hunt of Stratford upon Avon, gentleman, deceased, great grandfather of Richard Hunt of Stratford upon Avon, mercer, deceased on the fiest part and Thomas Mason of the Inner Temple, London on the second part. Property: 1. Three inclosures now divided into four closes called Langley Grounds with barn thereon, in Clopton with all tithes; three and a half lands in the common fields of Old Stratford, Welcome and Bishopton with all rights and common balks in the posession of Joseph Hunt, Thomas Mason and Michael Evetts and forty one hedges lying dispersedly in Sandfield and two lands lying by James's Elm all within the common field at Old Stratford.
