Unexecuted lease for an annual rental of £10 and £5 per acre of orchard dug without consent between Martha Burman of Old Stratford, widow on the first part and John Close of Old Stratford, dyer on the second part. Property: messuage with barns, stables, buildings, garden, orchard and backsides in Old Stratford (except trees which are reserved to Martha Burman and assignees) also the right of entry and distaint if rent is unpaid after 21 days.
