Counterpart of lease for 99 years from Sir Robert Throckmorton of Coughton Court, Warws. bart. to Henry Dalloway, son of William Dalloway of Chaddesley Corbett, glover, of a cottage and garden etc., then two dwellings, with part of lands between the said cottage and garden on the N. side and the orchard of vicarage of Chaddesley Corbett on the S. (described) in Chaddesley Corbett, also another cottage near the same in the tenure of John Best, which property was surrendered by William Dalloway.
