Mortgage from the trustees of the Congregational Church to Frederick Winter of Stratford-upon-Avon, draper and Edward Breeden of Reigate, co. Surrey, surveyor's clerk, to secure £1000, of part of the site, together with the Church built thereon. Map annexed. Endorsed with reconveyance, 21 February 1896.
