Indenture of Fine made in the Court of Westminster, Hilary Term 1742, before John Willes, John Fortescue, Aland Thomas Parker and Thomas Burnett, H. M. Justices, between Alexander Whitchurch plaintiff, and Sir Robert Clifton, Bart., and Hannah, his wife and John Bird and Rebecca, his wife, defendants, of four messuages in the parishes of St. Bennett Fink and St. Bartholomew near the Royal Exchange, London; two messuages, two barns, two stables, one garden, one orchard, thirty acres of land and thirty acres of pasture in Kenilworth; one messuage, thirty acres of land, seventeen acres of meadow and twenty-two acres of pasture and common of pasture for all cattle in Halloughton in the parishes of Kingsbury and Nether Whitacre, together with all tithes in Halloughton; and three messuages, one barn, one garden, and two orchards in Coventry.
