Lease from Francis Bagshaw of the Middle Temple, London, esquire and Mary Middlemore, widow of Richard Middlemore late of Edgbaston, esquire, to Henry Fernor of Enstone, Oxfordshire, esquire and Walter Heveringham of Aston near Stone, Staffs., esquire of the capital messuage in Studley and a water corn mill in Studley with appurtenances sometime in the possession of Robert Middlemore of Edgbaston esquire in Studley, Ipsley and Morton [Bagot] also ground called Furcloses in Yardley and Solihull in the Counties of Worcester and Warwick, and a ground or pasture called Longleys in Yardley, Solihull and Bicknell [Bickenhill] in the Counties of Worcester and Warwick, and a ground or pasture called the Grange near Solihull Hall in Solihull; also a messuage and lands formerly purchased by Richard Middlemore of William Porter and since then in the occupation of John Williamson, gentleman in Edgbaston, Warwickshire and Kings Norton, Worcestershire for a term of 50 years then ensuing at a rent of one peppercorn.
