Conveyance by James West of Barrels esquire (only son and heir at law of James West late of Alscot, Glos., esquire, deceased, who was the son and heir at law of Richard West theretofore of the Parish of St Swithins, citizen and grocer of London also deceased, who was brother and devisee of James West formerly of London, citizen and clothworker also deceased) to Thomas Burman of Henley-in-Arden, surgeon and apothecary and his heirs for ever, of a farm called Brentford Farm in Ullenhall and more particularly described therein.
