Description
Settlement whereby Edward Willies of Kingsmorton Worcs Yoeman conveyed to Thomas Osborne of Hampsteede Staffs Yoeman and Bartholmewe Austyne of Norfielde Worcs a messuage with appurtenances in Henley Street Stratford upon Avon called the Bell and then in the occupation of Robert Brookes between the tenement of Thomas Hornebie on the east part, the tenement late of William Shakespeare on the west part and the aforesaid street on the south part and the king's highway called the Gill Pittes on the north part together with appurtenances to hold to the use of him the said Edward Willies for his life and after his death to the use of Edwarde Wylleis of Hornsworthe Staffs nailer (kinsman of the granter) and the heirs of his body and in default of such issue to the use of Thomas Willies of Hornsworthe aforesaid (brother of the said Edward Edward of Hornsworthe) and the heirs of his body and in default of such issue to the use of the right heirs of the granter for ever.
