General note: "A briefe relation of certaine speciall and most materiall passages and speeches in the Starre-Chamber occasioned and delivered the 4th of June, 1637" by John Bastwick (caption title) begins new pagination on ²B1. This is an expanded version of STC 1570. Includes "Dr. Bastwick's answer" (caption title; p. 17-24) and "Mr. Burton's answer" (caption title; p. 25-32). Includes, on p. 117-137, a reprinting of the first 20 pages of "The severall humble petitions of D. Bastwicke. M. Burton. M. Prynne. and of Nath. VVickins, servant to the said Mr. Prynne" (Wing S2765). Text is continuous despite pagination. With a final errata leaf. Errata in two settings: line 3 of heading reads (1) "the Printer in some Coppies." and is aligned with preceding line, or (2) reads "the Printer in some coppies." and is indented. Setting 2 has corrected some erroneous page numbers in the errata and is presumably a later setting.
