General note: In verse. The title page, which is an insert, is engraved by William Hole, and includes the printer's name; the verso bears "Anagrammata regia". A1 is unreported. Variant: title page lacks printer's name; verso is blank, with "Anagrammata regia" on A1v. Date of publication from colophon leaf, which reads: 1608. At London, Imprinted by Hnmfrey [sic] Lownes, and are to be sold at his house, on Bred-street hill, at the signe of the Starre. "The tropheis" (caption title) begins new pagination on 3A1. "The historie of Iudith .. Englished by Tho. Hudson" has separate dated title page and pagination; register is continuous. Signatures: A-2N8 3A-3N8 3O4 3P-3V8 3X4.
