Description

An early twentieth century embroidered needlework copy of the Sheldon tapestry map of Stratford-upon-Avon; green, yellow, beige and yellow-brown; signed TES; map follows the Avon from Charlecote in the North to Welford in the South; framed and glazed; after the original dated 1588 in the Warwickshire County Museum.
