Minton tile with scene from 'Macbeth'
Description
A Minton lead-glazed ceramic tile; depicting within a circle the fight between Macbeth and Macduff; design in brown, white and yellow by John Moyr Smith (1839-1912)., Shakespeare's Complete Works (as edited by Stanley Wells) cites the fight scene as Act V Scene 10. Tile refers to 'Macbeth V.7'.
