Spice grinder

Description

A seventeenth-century spice grinder; dark brown; cylindrical, turned, consists of grinding chamber; a stopper with a pierced metal plate forms the grinding element; the chamber has a pierced metal base leading to a storage chamber which unscrews; the two chambers part in the middle, forming a cup-like container for the ground herbs.
