Gloves

Description

Gloves, c. 1600-1650. Pair of gloves made from red or pink leather (colour has faded), with cuffs lined with pink silk. Cuff edges finished with narrow band of pink silk and trimmed with fringe of metal threads. Gloves are decorated with a linear design worked in metal thread on gauntlets and backs of fingers.
