Cauldron

Description

A 17th century bronze cauldron with an iron handle; flared rim, raised ring around body; three feet (possibly applied separately) with traces of herringbone decoration; joint not smoothed down outside; angular cast-in lugs; hanging handle possibly a later addition; a smaller version of SBT 238; chip out of rim on one side by handle; various flaws in exterior surface.
