Oak press cupboard

Description

An oak cupboard, about 1660; the two-plank rectangular top above a frieze carved with simple S-scrolls, above a plain single panel door flanked by plain panels; the lower half with a pair of three-panel doors, the top panels carved with interlocking lunettes; English, probably Yorkshire; three hinges are later replacements; some internal backboards replaced.
