Description

An oil portrait of the Reverend Joseph Greene; oval; gilt frame, dated 1783. Greene (1712-1790) was Master of the Free Grammar School in Stratford-upon-Avon from 1735 to 1772 and later became Rector of Welford-on-Avon church.
