Child's truckle bedstead

Description

A truckle with a headboard formed of two horizontal boards (the upper edge profiled as a simple scalloped outline) between plain posts, the four feet terminating in simple wheels. This bedstead originated from a farm in the Welsh border region, possibly the Ludlow area.
