Annular brooch

Description

A bronze annular (ring-shaped) brooch; only slight signs of an iron pin and no traces of hinges or clips; a pierced hole in each, near inner edge. The brooch has punched holes decorating the inner and outer edge. One of a pair found in the grave of a female, on collar bones, Anglo-Saxon, 6th-century AD.
