Iron knife

Description

An iron knife with bronze ferrule encircling the tang. The bronze ferrule is located at the end where the wooden handle would have once been attached., This knife was found in the grave of a lady, along with two brooches, a necklace of amber beads, three silver rings, a pair of tweezers, an ear-pick, two pins and a pot. The knife was found at her side.
