Annular brooch

Description

An Anglo-Saxon annular brooch with triangular punched ornament on inner and outer edges, about 6th century AD., This brooch was found in the grave of a lady, along with one other brooch, a necklace of amber beads, three silver rings, a knife, a pair of tweezers, an ear-pick, two pins and a pot. One brooch was worn on her shoulder and the other on the front of her dress.
