Description

A Shakespeare Birthplace Trust shop manageress' badge; copper-alloy; attached to a length of black and yellow cord; the design featuring a small depiction of Shakespeare derived from Droeshout's engraving for the First Folio's Complete Works. Part of a collection of items formerly in the possession of Dr. Levi Fox, Director of the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust 1945-1989.
