Shakespeare's Birthplace

Watercolour of Shakespeare's Birthplace viewed from Guild Street by William Wells Quatremain. Garden in the foreground with a straight path leading up to the back of the house. Most of the house obscured by trees, back extension can be seen with door and oriel window. Glazed and in a plain gold frame with grey picture surround., marks around the edge of the painting make it appear as though it has been in a smaller frame at some point.
