Features Shakespeare's Birthplace, Anne Hathaway's Cottage and New Place, as well as the RSC and other points of interest, such as Holy Trinity Church, Sheep Street and the leisure centre. Produced by Winning Moves UK, under licence from Hasbro. In cardboard box containing: playing board; title deed cards for properties; Chance cards; community chest cards; Monopoly money; 8 playing pieces; 3 dice; houses and hotels; cloth bag; instruction leaflet; advertisement leaflet. These are all sealed except the two leaflets. This is the first edition, with a mistake on the playing board: 'Anne Hathaway's House'. This is rectified on reprints to 'Anne Hathaway's Cottage'.
