Description

A mid 17th-century oak centre table; the two-plank rectangular top now lacking cleats; over a plain drawer-front with cut wooden handle and channel-moulded frieze surmounting a half round lower applied moulding; raised on column-turned legs, with moulded stretchers an high block feet; English, about 1640; drawer substantially altered or replaced; front base-moulding of frieze replaced.
