Description

An early 17th-century oak two-tier court cupboard; the rectangular moulded plank top above a nulled frieze with lower applied moulding; raised on tall fluted legs, turned to the front, rectangular to the back; the moulded single-plank potshelf raised on moulded stretchers with block feet; English, about 1630; top, lower moulding to frieze, lower part of legs, stretchers and potshelf replaced.
