Declaration of the uses of a fine of Hilary Term 1808 between Edmund Battersbee and William George Morris of Stratford-upon-Avon, bankers, plaintiffs, and John Manton of Stratford-upon-Avon, plumber and glazier, and Martha his wife, deforciants, of a messuage in Scholars Lane, late in the tenure of William Biddle, since of William Marsh and Thomas Nott surgeon and then of William Penn, and two messuages in Sheep Street, in the tenure of [Samuel] Jordan and ------------; namely that the premises in Sheep Street shall be held as security for a loan of £200 from Messrs.
