Worcs., innkeeper, and Elizabeth his wife, to William Coldicott of Stratford-upon-Avon, tailor, for £120, of a messuage on the south side of Henley Street, late in the tenure of William Wheeler and now of William Coldicott, bounded on the west by a tenement belonging to William Price in the tenure of William Cherry, and on the east by a messuage belonging to Thomas Sharshaw in the occupation of John Luckett.
