Further charge from Charles Timms of Stratford-upon-Avon, now out of business, to Sarah Elizabeth Sill of Bidford, widow, on the premises described in No. 8 and on No. 18 Broad Street, late in the tenure of William Jones, then of William Bennett, then of Edward Edwin West and now of Widow Clark, to secure an additional £400.
