Description

Conveyance from Edward Wright of Leamington Priors, gent., to Robert Gibbs of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., for £55, of a piece of land containing 316 square yards bounded by a newly laid out street called West Street on the east side, by land of John Cranmer on the north, and by land of Edward Wright on the south; which plot was part of a larger piece of land, containing 5054 square yards, sold by Henry Walter Newton to Edward Wright on 27 December 1869 (plan in margin).
