60-61 Waterside, Stratford-upon-Avon

Description

Will of John Tysoe of Avonside House, Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., dated 21st August 1863, with the following bequests of real estate: - Avonside House, in his own tenure, and malthouse adjoining in the tenure of Edward Fordham Flower (nos. 62-63 Waterside) to his great nephew, Samuel Tysoe, son of testator's nephew John Eden Tysoe of Rumer Hall, Welford. - Two cottages in Waterside, adjoining the said malthouse (nos. 60-61 Waterside) in the tenure of Charles Winstone [Winston] and --- Wright, to William , Tysoe Smith of Condicote, co. Glos. - Five cottages in Waterside (now nos. 36-37), in the several occupations of John Meads, Michael Green and others, to his newphew John Tysoe in Manchester. Codicil, dated 16th October 1865, revoking the bequest to W.T. Smith of the cottage late in the tenure of Charles Winston and now of William Neale (no. 61 Waterside) and leaving it instead to his two servants, Robert Williams and Hannah his wife, for life, with remainder to W.T. Smith
