Reconveyance from the surviving executor of Joseph Fisher and the executors of the will of John Hiatt to Richard Faulknor Curry of Bath, co. Soms., esq., of a mansion house in Church Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, the greater part of a piece of pasture land behind the same known as the Paddock, containing 3a 0r 10p, and three other messuages in Church Street adjoining the said mansion house, reciting as follows: i) 4 March 1870; mortgage from Francis Kingan Bell to Joseph Fisher of part of the Paddock to secure £1,500 ii) 17 June 1872; conveyance from Francis Kingan Bell to John Hiatt of part of the Paddock, subject to the mortgage of 4 March 1872 iii) 17 December 1873: conveyance from John Hiatt to John Day Collis of part of the Paddock, subject to the mortgage of 4 March 1872 iv) 27 June 1874; mortgage from John Day Collis to John Hiatt, of Mason Croft, the adjoining messuages and part of the Paddock to secure £3,000 v) 24 January 1875: conveyance from John Day Collis and Elizabeth Curry Collis, his wife, to a trustee for the use of Elizabeth Curry Collis and Richard Faulknor Curry of lands including Mason Croft and part of the Paddock vi) 11 December 1882; conveyance from Elizabeth Curry Collis to Richard Faulknor Curry of lands including Mason Croft and part of the Paddock vii) 9 May 1879: death of Joseph Fisher 14 January 1889; death of John Hiatt
