Gift with warranty by William Cyfrewast, brother and heir of lord Nicholas Cysrewast, deceased, to Henry de Bray of his manor in Edricheston [Edstone] in the county of Warrewik [Warwick] which descended to William by hereditary law after the death of Nicholas his brother, together with the appurtaining mill, woods, meadows, rents, pastures, rights of pasture, homage, villenages, wards, feudal dues and escheats. To hold of donor for annual rent of one clove at Christmas in quittance of all usual services to William and his heirs; Henry and heirs to render all due and usual services to the chief lords of that fee.
