Bramshall, Staffordshire: early deeds, Stramshall and Bramshall, a grant

Description

Grant by Henry Bagot to Simon Verney ('de Vernai ') and Agnes, grantor's sister, in marriage, of:
three bovates of land in Stromgrichulla [Stramshall], one of which was Siwards, with all appurtenances, to hold to them and their heirs of said Bagot, for fealty and service by inheritance, paying 20 pence annually for chief rent;
also 1 croft in Bromsulla [Bramshall] formerly Lofwin Luridod's, and two acres there; also common of pasture in Bramshall.
