Burton Dassett: early deeds, Burton Dasset and Temple Herdwick, a grant

Grant by Simon Gricham to William Peyto of all the lands, tenements, pastures and appurtenances in Burton Dasset and Temple Herdwick in the occupations of John Raulyn, John Colet, Hugh Mason, Thomas Herbury, Thomas Astel, Ralph Kytten, John Broun, Thomas Dod, William Strech, John Poten[?] and John Neel of Dasset, together with that meadow in the Littlemeadow of Dasset, which William Clerk holds.

All which are the subject of a Statute Merchant between the said John Raulyns and Simon, recovered by an assize of novel dissesin before William Thorp and his fellow justices for the county of Warwick, against John Raulyns and Isabel his wife.
