Burton Dassett: early deeds, Southend and Herdwick in Burton Dasset, a grant

Description

Grant by William Dastyn of Burton Dasset to Richard Couper of the same and Agnes his wife, for their lives and the life of the longer liver, one one half acre and two roods of arable land in the fields of Southend and Herdwick in Burton Dasset. Which said half acre lies in the south field beside the land of Thomas Dod on Seven Acres and 2 roods, one in the same field on Le Fycher, beside the land of Thomas Lawe, and the other rood in the north field on Le Fresshe beside the land of the said Thomas.

To hold the same, paying annually for twenty one years [amount left blank in ms] & two shillings per annum thereafter in lieu of all suit and service.
